What is Landify?

Co-founded by Mid Canterbury’s own Sarah How, Landify is making it easier to navigate farm ownership, operational transitions, and agricultural investment. It connects landowners, farmers, and investors designed to foster meaningful farming partnerships. Landify provides a secure, anonymous space for farmers to explore partnership opportunities—whether you're considering a future transition, looking to grow your farming journey, or considering investing in the future of agriculture.

At the event, you’ll hear from Landify’s founders about how the platform is:

  • Opening new doors for farm ownership and entry
  • Helping investors find ways to invest in farming
  • Supporting farmers to discreetly explore partnership options
  • Assisting farmers in transitioning their operations without selling their land outright
  • Building a community of 1,500+ members across New Zealand
  • Supporting successful connections through leasing, equity partnerships, joint ventures, syndicates and more
